The University of Saskatchewan Students’ Union owns and operates Louis’ Restaurant & Bar. Louis’ has a full-service kitchen that is open extended hours six days a week with extensive menu options. Louis’ kitchen also caters events within and outside the facility.
As second-in-command, and reporting directly to the Kitchen Manager, the Sous Chef plays a vital role in our kitchen. The successful candidate will be responsible for our service line including preparing and plating menu items to the specification to our recipes in a timely manner.
