The USSU logo is a trademark and Copyright of the University of Saskatchewan Students’ Union. All rights reserved.

The USSU logo may only be used in obvious connection with a promotion or published article about the USSU, or a specific USSU production, operation or service.

The USSU logo may not be copied, distributed or used apart from the promotion or article about the organization, or the applicable product, operation or service.

The logos must be used as provided by USSU, and cannot under any circumstances, be modified. This includes but is not limited to, changes in the color, proportion, logo design of the logo, modification or removal of lettering, words, artwork, or symbols. The USSU logo cannot be combined with any other object. This includes, but is not limited to, other logos, words, graphics, photos, slogans, numbers, design features, or symbols. The USSU logo cannot morphed or distorted in perspective or appearance.

Use of the USSU logo which violates any of the specified guidelines is strictly prohibited. The USSU reserves the right to review and approve any use of its logo prior to publication, and on reasonable notice to inspect samples of the use of the USSU logo to ensure compliance with these terms. Any party that downloads and uses the USSU logo acknowledges and agrees to the above stated terms, and also agrees that no title to the USSU logo is transferred by this agreement, and that all goodwill generated in the USSU logo through its use will inure to the benefit of USSU.
