USSU Services: Online Ratification

As of May 2010, all campus group ratifications are done online.

You will need electronic copies of the following: (They must be in jpeg, pdf, Microsoft Word or Excel formats)

• Recent Bank Statement
• Copy of most recent constitution
• List of your executive members
  • List of executive members must include the following: name, student number, phone number, email address.
• List of members
  • This list may include your executive - make sure to include name, student number, phone number, email address
• List of planned activities for the upcoming year
  • This list must include the following information: name of event, tentative date(s), expected attendance, location (be specific if known), will alcohol be present (yes/no) - if yes, is event licensed by your group?

When you access the online ratification site, you will need to have Java enabled, you will also have an Active X and a SuperContainer Java applet warning. You must accept/agree to have these options run or you will not be able to upload the documents shown above.
